Identity-based violence is growing, but so is the recognition that preventing it is both possible and necessary. Following the launch of our Strategic Plan 2026–2029, Protection Approaches is looking for two new trustees to help us grow our impact at this critical moment.

We're particularly keen to hear from people who can help maximise the reach of our thought leadership or strengthen our community-based programmes, ideally drawing on direct experience of working with communities or organisations affected by identity-based violence.
